Lexi is our August featured bird. He was surrendered when his owner proactively placed him and his mate Tuxi due to illness. In a previous home, his leg had been dislocated and healed improperly, but Lexi has never let it bother him. After the loss of his longtime mate we were concerned, but again, Lexi demonstrated remarkable resilience. He flies and plays with the flock showing his characteristic lovebird attitude-nothing stops him!
